MASV uploads

You can upload your files over the internet to Steelhead by using our Massive.io portal. We recommend using the MASV app, because interrupted transfers can be resumed when the app is used. You can get the MASV app from their website here.

Once you have the MASV app, click “Send to Portal” (do not click “Send”). For the Portal URL type steelhead. Our full portal URL is steelhead.portal.massive.app

The upload password is 5teelhead

You can also upload with just a web browser, but this is less recommended.
